Tendo como objetivo analisar a responsabilidade civil e os danos psicológicos e afetivos gerados através da Alienação Parental em crianças e adolescentes, visando identificar se os casos reverberam até a fase adulta, bem como apresentar como a guarda compartilhada pode prevenir a incidência da alienação parental, tornando-se um meio de mais aproximação do filho com os pais e investigar a responsabilidade civil diante dos danos psicológicos e afetivos causados. Apresentará um breve conceito da síndrome da Alienação Parental, apontando ao mesmo tempo qual a responsabilidade civil dos alienantes, buscando analisar as características da alienação parental aplicáveis pela Lei nº 12.318/2010. A metodologia a ser desenvolvida neste projeto será a forma quantitativa e qualitativa, buscando analisar os prejuízos psicológicos e afetivos causados pela Alienação Parental que reverberam até a fase adulta. A pesquisa qualitativa será de grande importância no estudo sobre Alienação Parental em sua totalidade, bem como nas formas de prevenção, a responsabilidade civil, juntamente com às técnicas utilizadas para a pesquisa, sendo elas a revisão bibliográfica que será realizada através da análise de livros, artigos científicos e entendimentos jurisprudenciais, procurando-se adotar uma postura crítica sobre o assunto.This study deals with the topic of Civil Liability and the Psychological and Affective Damage generated through parental alienation in children and adolescents.
