With demands of quickness and practicity, the Light Steel Frame system is able to fulfill these project demands, offering durability and structural safety. When rigorously mounted and pinned, the Light Steel Frame system does its job well as a versatile structure.O presente trabalho apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica na qual são feitas considerações técnicas sobre os diversos sistema estrutural Light Steel Frame que possui a principal característica de ser leve e possuir resistência mecânica similar ao dos elementos de uma estrutura metálica convencional. Destaca-se por exemplo a esbeltez e o peso reduzido. Com a exigência de rapidez e praticidade o sistema em Light Steel Frame consegue cumprir as exigências das filosofias de projeto fornecendo durabilidade e segurança estrutural.
