Durante uma investigação feita na área de assistência técnica dessa construtora, foram observadas certas similaridades nas principais causas das falhas construtivas encontradas na entrega pós-obra. Com dados de solicitações de assistências técnica, fornecidos pela construtora, identificou-se que a maioria das solicitações é referente ao aparecimento de fissuras. Diante disso, foram elaborados diagnósticos das irregularidades e soluções necessárias para resolver o problema.This study aims to present an investigation about the reasons that lead to the formation of cracks in single-family homes in a subdivision-type enterprise, in the municipality of Goianinha, Rio Grande do Norte: this type of pathology was noticed in all the houses of the enterprise. During an investigation made in the technical assistance area of this construction company, certain similarities were observed in the main causes of the constructive flaws found in the post-construction delivery. With data from technical assistance requests, provided by the construction company, it was identified that most of the requests are related to the appearance of cracks.
