O advento da Internet alterou padrões de diversas áreas e comportamentos e não foi diferente no mercado financeiro, no comércio que evoluiu para o meio eletrônico e no Direito Cambiário, que regula essas atividades. Para analisar tais alterações e adequações utilizou-se da pesquisa bibliográfica e do método dedutivo. O presente artigo aponta que os diversos títulos de crédito cartulares vêm sofrendo sucessivas desmaterializações, muitos entrando em decadência e obsolescência, alguns já amparados por instrumentos legais, necessários para sua validade. The advent of the Internet has changed standards and behavior in different areas and it has been no different in the financial market, in commerce that has evolved by electronic channels and in Foreign Exchange Law, which regulates these activities. To analyze such changes and adjustments, bibliographic research and the deductive method have been used. It is concluded that the different credit titles have been suffering successive dematerializations, many of which have gone into decline and have become obsolete, some are already supported by legal instruments, which are necessary for their validity. There is no return.Monografia
