In this work, the evaluation of the indicator of time of permanence of the national suppliers vehicles in the distribution center stands out. This indicator aims at four hours, but the first information obtained reported a time of nine hours. With the accomplishment of the studies and analyzes it was perceived that the real time was of five hours and fifty-six minutes, a time still above the stipulated goal. As the studies were being developed, it was possible to perceive the complexity and the interrelationship among the different areas, as well as their influence on the total time of the indicator. The accomplishment of this study allowed to define the several actions to be developed for the attainment and later improvement of the time of the indicator time of permanence of the national supplier vehicles. Also presented are several proposals for improvements in the processes of the other areas of the unit under study.O presente relatório teve como objetivo descrever o trabalho de conclusão de curso realizado pelo autor na unidade de logística, o Centro de Distribuição de uma rede de lojas de vendas a varejo, localizado no município de São Jose, SC. Neste trabalho destaca-se a avaliação do indicador tempo de permanência dos veículos fornecedor nacional no centro de distribuição. Este indicador tem como meta quatro horas, mas as primeiras informações obtidas reportavam um tempo de nove horas. Com a realização dos estudos e análises foi percebido que o tempo real era de cinco horas e cinquenta e seis minutos, um tempo ainda acima da meta estipulada. Conforme os estudos foram sendo desenvolvidos, foi possível perceber a complexidade e a inter-relação entre as diversas áreas, bem como sua influencia no tempo total do indicador. A realização deste estudo permitiu definir as diversas ações a serem desenvolvidas para o atingimento e posterior melhoria do tempo do indicador tempo de permanência dos veículos fornecedor nacional.
