Dessa forma o objetivo é desenvolver um Centro Multifuncional, voltado para o idoso ativo e saudável, com espaços de lazer, saúde e comércio. A principal metodologia usada foi analisar e desenvolver uma contextualização em cima de pontos como: o envelhecimento, o envelhecimento ativo e saudável, saúde preventiva e economia, e com isso desenvolver uma proposta sobre dados importantes e recentes. O grupo de idosos está evoluindo, não se comparam ao grupo 60+ de antigamente, a idade biológica e psicológica são as que mostram essa diferença. Além disso, hoje se ouve falar ainda mais na economia prateada, ela e esse projeto buscam trazer aos longevos qualidade, autonomia e independência. Os idosos são muito valiosos, são pessoas que já passaram por muitas situações e experiências. Eles são fontes de conhecimento e aprendizado. Chegar aos 60 anos não é fácil, por isso a valorização e o cuidado com esse grupo é muito importante e essencial.The proposal of this work is related to the fact that there is a large and accelerated growth of the elderly group, and few spaces for coexistence and leisure for them. Therefore, the objective is to develop a Multifunctional Center, aimed at active and healthy elderly people, with spaces for leisure, health and commerce.
