The information was obtained through bibliographic sources of books, articles and electronic media. As for the level of research, the exploratory method was used. With regard to the approach, qualitative research was conducted. It was possible to perceive during the present study that the victims of the porn revenge suffer severe and permanent consequences when their image is viralized in the social networks, being considered a new form of gender violence, since, although the man has also been exposed in the disseminated content, rarely his image is denigrated, falling the sole and exclusive blame on the victim. In this sense, restorative justice emerges as a model of conflict resolution different from the traditional penal system and aims to treat the conflict as an interpersonal relationship, creating a mediation circle that involves the victim, the offender and the respective community for resolution through dialogue, allowing the offender to take responsibility and can repair the damage caused to the victim's life, meeting the needs of the victim, and in many situations, it becomes more valuable to request a pardon to restore his emotional state, than simply know that the offender was convicted by the criminal judge. Thus, it is concluded that the implementation of restorative justice is an effective tool to try to reduce the impacts caused by the illicit act in the lives of women who are victims of revenge pornography.O presente trabalho monográfico tem como objetivo analisar a possibilidade de aplicação da justiça restaurativa nos casos de crime de pornografia de vingança, tipificado pelo art. 218-C do Código Penal, tendo em vista que o sistema de justiça penal tradicional vem fornecendo resposta e suporte à vítima. As informações foram obtidas através de fontes bibliográficas de livros, artigos e meios eletrônicos. Quanto ao nível de pesquisa foi utilizado o método exploratório. No que tange à abordagem, foi feita uma pesquisa qualitativa. Foi possível perceber durante o presente estudo, que as vítimas do revenge porn sofrem consequências severas e permanentes ao terem sua imagem viralizada nas redes sociais, sendo considerada uma nova forma de violência de gênero, já que, por mais que o homem também tenha sido exposto no conteúdo divulgado, raramente sua imagem é denegrida, recaindo a culpa única e exclusivamente sobre a vítima. Neste sentido, surge a justiça restaurativa como um modelo de solução de conflito diferente do sistema penal tradicional e tem objetivo de tratar o conflito como uma relação interpessoal, criando um círculo de mediação que envolve a vítima, o ofensor e a respectiva comunidade para resolução por meio do diálogo, permitindo que o ofensor assuma a sua responsabilidade e possa reparar os danos causados na vida da vítima, atendendo as necessidades desta, sendo que em muitas situações, torna-se mais valioso um pedido de perdão para recomposição do seu estado emocional, do que simplesmente saber que o ofensor foi condenado pelo juiz criminal.
