Foi realizado uma vistoria técnica no local durante 2 dias, onde foram feitos registros fotográficos dos problemas encontrados. Usado de base o devido embasamento teórico e conceitos a respeito de manifestações patológicas foi possível analisar as prováveis/possíveis causas geradoras das manifestações patológicas encontradas, para depois, sugerir soluções para as mesmas. Esse estudo possibilitou o entendimento que a residência vem sofrendo de diversas manifestações patológicas, ocasionadas provavelmente por: falha na execução, falhas no projeto, falha da mão-de obra, além, da falta de pequenas manutenções preventiva.The present work deals with the study of the various pathological manifestations found in a residential located in Porto Alegre. A technical inspection was carried out on site for 2 days, where photographic records of the problems encountered were made. Based on the proper theoretical basis and concepts regarding pathological manifestations, it was possible to analyze the probable/possible causes that generated the pathological manifestations found, and then suggest solutions for them.
