No decorrer do artigo, também observamos como o governo estrategicamente usou o sucesso atingido na redução da faixa de pobreza, como uma forma de inserção no Sistema Internacional, com o uso desse conhecimento técnico adquirido como Soft Power, e ainda investindo em relações multilaterais para a expansão do protagonismo brasileiro, como pilar de uma política externa altiva e ativa.In this article we will analyze the initiatives taken during the Lula administration to combat food insecurity in Brazil, with a focus on the Bolsa Família program, seeking to understand how this program helped reduce the poverty rate.
