In the second moment it treats about influences suffered for Lipman in the elaboration of his theory, what is the mainly thinkers that influenced him and soon, he treats the Lipman theory, how he conceives the philosophy for children and the explanations about the material that Lipman and his friends did to operate this is job. And finally, in the third moment is done a criticism to philosophy for children, first in the macrossociologic way and in the second time to become my criticism more consistent and deep, I will also use some Walter Omar Kohan teacher’s reflexion that offer a focus considering the national question. The Walter Kohan’s analysis is divided in three times: the theoric challenge, the methodologic challenge and the established challenge.Esse trabalho se divide em três momentos básicos, o primeiro faz uma retrospectiva de como Mathew Lipman concebe a idéia de trabalhar filosofia com crianças, como o movimento surge e se encontra difundido em termos de mundo, América Latina e em especial no Brasil. No segundo momento descreve-se as influências sofridas por Lipman para a elaboração de sua teoria, quais os principais pensadores que o influenciaram, e em seguida aborda a teoria de Lipman, ou seja, como ele concebe a Filosofia para Crianças para em seguida discorrer a respeito dos materiais que Lipman e seus colaboradores fizeram para efetivar tal tarefa na prática. E, finalmente, no terceiro momento é feita uma crítica a Filosofia para Crianças, primeiramente de maneira macrossociológica, e em seguida, para tornar a minha crítica um pouco mais consistente e profunda, também me utilizarei algumas reflexões oferecidas pelo professor Walter Omar Kohan, que oferece um enfoque levando em consideração a questão nacional.
