The Fire Prevention Plan is essential for the safety of the individuals who are going to use the site as well as the surroundings of it. This work will detail the methodology used to elaborate the project considering the technical standards required by the Military Fire Brigade of Santa Catarina (CBMSC), which is the responsible for the approval of the project.Este trabalho propõe a elaboração de um Projeto Preventivo Contra Incêndio (PPCI) de um edifício misto que irá ser regularizado após uma grande reforma, o mesmo encontra-se em Florianópolis/SC. O Projeto de Prevenção Contra Incêndio é essencial para a segurança dos indivíduos que utilizam o local assim como o entorno do mesmo.
