Anteprojeto de um Conservatório Musical localizado na rodovia Virgílio Várzea, próximo ao teatro Governador Pedro Ivo. Ao longo dos estudos, o partido foi se definindo a partir da criação de diversos espaços para prática musical e interação entre as pessoas usuárias do edifício. O palco do auditório que se abre para uma área aberta ao público, o pátio de circulação horizontal e o foyer possibilitam grande conexão visual. Uso de concreto aparente e com pintura. Iluminação natural com claraboias e grandes aberturas.
