Foi realizada uma vistoria técnica no local para identificar e documentar por meio de registros fotográficos, as manifestações patológicas da residência. Foram identificadas as manifestações patológicas e a partir do conhecimento adquirido durante o curso, associado com o embasamento teórico da revisão bibliográfica, foi apontando as suas prováveis causas e sugestões de correções. No estudo foi possível concluir que a causa para o acontecimento das manifestações patológicas e possível redução da vida útil da construção ocorreu devido à mão de obra desqualificada, falta de fiscalização pelo responsável técnico, falha do projeto, material inadequado ou de má qualidade. Isso evidencia a importância da presença e do acompanhamento de um profissional técnico habilitado e qualificado durante todas as fases da obra, principalmente nas fases de projeto e execução.This work focuses on the analysis of pathological manifestations identified in a residence located in the municipality of Tramandaí, in the northern coastal region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. A technical inspection was conducted at the site to identify and document the pathological manifestations of the residence through photographic records. The pathological manifestations were identified, and based on the knowledge acquired during the course, along with the theoretical foundation from the literature review, their probable causes and suggestions for corrections were indicated. The study concluded that the occurrence of pathological manifestations and possible reduction in the lifespan of the construction were due to unskilled labor, lack of supervision by the responsible technician, project failures, and the use of inappropriate or poor-quality materials.
