Also one searchs to detach the works that are developed to mitigate this human factor, where diverse tools comes even though being bred and improved to be able to diminish the same, therefore the fatigue has been a subject of great concern for the aeronautical community. The research is of an explanatory nature, in which develops the unfolding of the fatigue human factor in civil aviation using bibliographic and documentary procedures, approaching in a qualitative and quantitative way, bringing data and graphs related to the proposed theme. When finishing the research, concludes that, although the fatigue to have significantly represented in high numbers the statistical data of the aeronautical occurrences, the mitigation tools are being developed with much force and effectiveness by the representative teams of the aeronauts, so that these data are reverted in lesser numbers. However, one becomes necessary the persistence and devotion of the companies and the aeronauts respectively, adopting the measures proposals and providing data that can contribute for the identification and management of the fatigue.Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral demonstrar a contribuição da fadiga e também seus impactos nas ocorrências de acidentes e incidentes aeronáuticos no âmbito da aviação civil, citando as causas desse fator e seus efeitos, e apresentando os dados estatísticos das ocorrências resultantes do mesmo. Também busca-se destacar os trabalhos que são desenvolvidas para mitigar este fator humano, onde diversas ferramentas vem sendo criadas e até mesmo melhoradas para poder diminuir o mesmo, pois a fadiga tem sido um assunto de grande preocupação para a comunidade aeronáutica. A pesquisa é de caráter explicativo, na qual desenvolve o desdobramento do fator humano fadiga na aviação civil utilizando procedimentos bibliográficos e documentais, abordando de forma qualitativa e quantitativa, trazendo assim, dados e gráficos relacionados ao tema proposto. Ao finalizar a pesquisa, conclui-se que, apesar da fadiga ter representado significativamente em números elevados os dados estatísticos das ocorrências aeronáuticas, as ferramentas de mitigação estão sendo desenvolvidas com muita força e eficácia pelas equipes representantes dos aeronautas, para que esses dados sejam revertidos em números menores.
