In this context, the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program is a different niche in civil construction. Small investors will appear in this area, looking to work there and make the most of their capital. In contrast the Brazilians are increasingly interested and present in the financial market, leading to the question: what is the best investment option within a certain period? Therefore, a comparative analysis was made in the same period, in order to compare the results and obtain the best possible profitability, having the answer as the civil construction, also justifying a high number of entrepreneurs and investors in this business sector.O Brasil vem a tempos buscando políticas de incentivo a construção de moradias populares, a fim de resolver a problemática existente de déficit de habitação nacional. Nesse contexto criou-se o Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida e assim, um nicho distinto dentro da construção civil. Surgiram pequenos investidores nessa vertente, buscando ali trabalhar e rentabilizar ao máximo seu capital. Em contrapartida, o brasileiro está dia a dia, mais interessado e presente no mercado financeiro, lançando a problemática: qual a melhor opção de investimento, dentro de um determinado período?
