Underutilized land interspersed in the urban environment, which demands public infrastructure, maintenance and cleanliness, has a great financial and social cost in relation to the work and energy it consumes. This paper will address the use of urban land for agriculture, aiming to answer the guiding question "How can urban agriculture contribute to building and qualifying the Landscape?"
