INCOPLAST Packaging company, located in the city of Sao Ludgero, seeks the overseas market as an alternative business. The company operates in the production of flexible plastic packaging, specifically in the line of pet food. This paper seeks to answer the following research question: What opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses highlighted in the marketing analysis for the export of flexible packaging in the line of pet food produced by the company INCOPLAST to Chile? The aim of this study is to analyze the viability of export marketing of flexible packaging in the line of pet food produced by the company INCOPLAST to Chile. Specific objectives are: to present the conceptual aspects, reasons and export features, highlighting the factors that should be considered at an international market research, characteristic of the company under study, to characterize the product to be exported; do a study on the Chilean market flexible packaging in the line of pet food, to identify and qualify potential customers Chileans; prepare a SWOT analysis considering the micro and macro environmental variables of the Chilean market and the internal variables studied in relation to the company, analyze the collected data to propose suggestions for company. The main reasons justifying the choice of Chile are guided by the fact that this country is a traditional importer of plastic packaging from Brazil, but also in the fact that this is a country with which the company already has a good commercial relationship. This study is a qualitative research and is designed as a case study, which corresponds to deep and exhaustive study of a unit case. It's based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interview, to know the characteristics of the studied company and the products in question, as well as the variables of the Chilean market. Secondary data were collected through the literature and will serve to motivate the subject and also know the Chilean market. The method used in this study was inductive, that part of specific issues to reach general conclusions.
