Monografia Acesso aberto Acidentabilidade de trabalhadores da indústria de alimentos: ocorrência por ano e região(2019) Ferro, Diego MárlonThe participation of the manufacturing industry in gross domestic product (PIB), more specifically in the Brazilian agroindustrial sector, accounts for one of the largest economic movements, with growth of around 3% for the year 2018. This growth is indicative of growth and generation of jobs, which bring with them the concerns about maintaining the quality of the products generated, as well as the welfare of the workers involved in this productive chain. Therefore, an analysis with a focus on the most representative sectors of the food industry, through the CNAE, can present the biological, ergonomic, burn so many and varied ways in which a worker may suffer an accident in the food industry's work environment. In this way, measuring and elucidating the data corresponding to the sector in question, represents a tool of paramount importance in the adoption of preventive measures to the physical and mental integrity of the worker. In this regard, the study shows that the implementation of the Norma Regulamentadora (NR-36) was important for reducing accident rates, focusing on slaughterhouses, a sector with a higher incidence of work-related accidents.
