dc.description.abstract	From the evolution of the cosmetic industry, nutricosmetics, the so-called beauty pills, appeared as oral supplements with the function of nourishing the body with vitamins and other active ingredients, as a source of nutrients, especially antioxidants, by treating the skin "inside out". Therefore, it is necessary to review the literature considering the quality of the evidence of the studies. The present study has as its general objective to investigate the use of nutricosmetics used in the treatment of aesthetic dysfunctions. For this, a systematic bibliographical research was carried out in the search sites: Google academic, PubMed and Web of Science. A total of 151 studies were found, dated June 5, 2019, after analyzing the selected studies, remaining 20 articles that addressed applications of nutricosmetics for analysis in this systematic review. The remaining 20 studies were analyzed again and it was verified that of these studies, 17 of them did not use nutricosmetics in the research, therefore, there was the exclusion of these articles that are not integrated in the theme of this review. Therefore, 3 studies remained for data analysis. The studies analyzed showed results with positive significance in relation to the application of nutricosmetics, even though there is little research on the subject. The results were beneficial to the integrity and beauty of the skin, thus concluding that supplementation with nutricosmetics benefits both aesthetic and nutritional treatments.	en
dc.description.abstract	A partir da evolução da indústria cosmética, surgiram os nutricosméticos, as chamadas pílulas da beleza, que são suplementos orais com a função de nutrir o organismo com concentrados de vitaminas e outros ativos, como fonte de nutrientes, especialmente antioxidantes, tratando a pele “de dentro para fora”. Diante disso, vê-se necessária uma revisão sobre a literatura considerando a qualidade das evidências dos estudos. O presente estudo tem como seu objetivo geral investigar o uso de nutricosméticos utilizados nos tratamentos das disfunções estéticas. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica sistemática nos sites de busca: Google acadêmico, PubMed e Web of Science. Foram encontrados 151 estudos, datados no dia 05 de Jun de 2019, após analises dos estudos selecionados, restaram 20 artigos que abordaram aplicações de nutricosméticos para analise nesta revisão sistemática. Os 20 estudos restantes foram novamente analisados e constatou-se que destes estudos, 17 deles não utilizaram nutricosméticos na pesquisa, sendo assim, houve a exclusão destes artigos que não estão integrados no tema desta revisão. Portanto, restaram para analise de dados 3 estudos. Os estudos analisados mostraram resultados com significância positiva em relação à aplicação de nutricosméticos, mesmo havendo poucas pesquisas sobre a temática. Os resultados foram benéficos à integridade e a beleza da pele, concluindo assim que a suplementação com nutricosméticos beneficia tanto os tratamentos estéticos quanto nutricionais.	pt_BR
