Resumo
A esporotricose é uma doença fúngica causada pelo Sporothrix brasiliensis, tem transmissão saprofítica e zoonotica e é bastante negligenciada no Brasil. Desde sua descoberta, a S. brasiliensis é o principal agente causador da doença em felinos e humanos, o fungo é dimórfico e apresenta lesões fixas cutâneas e linfocutâneas. O objetivo desse trabalho é identificar as causas da transmissão da s. brasilienses, regiões com mais incidência da doença, formas de tratamento e resistência aos antifúngicos, será selecionado artigos científicos de revisão, originais e relados de caso.
Sporotrichosis is a fungal disease caused by Sporothrix brasiliensis, has saprophytic and zoonotic transmission and is largely neglected in Brazil. Since its discovery, S. brasiliensis has been the main causative agent of the disease in felines and humans. The fungus is dimorphic and presents fixed cutaneous and lymphocutaneous lesions. The objective of this work is to identify the causes of transmission of s. brasilienses, regions with the highest incidence of the disease, forms of treatment and resistance to antifungals, scientific review articles, originals and case reports will be selected.
