Objective: To report the treatment of a four-year-old participant with in-toeing postural deviation. Methodology: Physiotherapy treatments were conducted twice a week, totaling 23 sessions with kinesiotherapy and dynamic orthoses. Evaluations were conducted before and after the 23 sessions, assessing the rotational profile of the lower limbs through graphic analysis. Results: The results showed an internal rotation greater than 45°, and after the 23 sessions, an increase in external rotation in both lower limbs were observed, which improved the participant's daily activities. Conclusion: Further studies with longer treatments and follow-ups are suggested to identify the long-term effects of the proposed treatment.
