| dc.description.abstract | O estudo de implementação de uma fábrica de produção de biodiesel na região da Grande Florianópolis a partir do óleo residual, deu-se através da reação dupla de transesterificação alcalina e ácida em meio alcoólico. No qual, refere-se tanto a análise de viabilidade econômica do empreendimento quanto dos principais assuntos a serem abordados em um modelo de negócios. O projeto foi dividido em tópicos e sub-tópicos para facilitar o entendimento, onde, iniciou-se pela contextualização sobre os combustíveis fósseis e os biocombustíveis renováveis. A seguir, foram apresentadas as justificativas para a realização do estudo e os objetos propostos a serem alcançados. Posteriormente, foi feito um levantamento histórico e bibliográfico referente as matrizes energéticas mundiais, energias renováveis, biocombustíveis e suas matérias primas, bem como, os processos de produção do biodiesel. A estruturação do empreendimento, deu-se a partir da fundação da empresa “Biodiesel World” pelo autor, com a motivação inicial de empreender e começar seu próprio negócio de forma a contribuir para o desenvolvimento ambiental, da sociedade e da economia do país. Feito isso, realizou-se o registro nacional de pessoa jurídica, tal como, o termo de responsabilidade técnica. Em seguida, foi desenvolvido a logomarca da empresa e a estruturação do marketing digital. No qual, fez-se uma análise territorial para determinar o melhor local de construção do empreendimento, assim como seu posicionamento estratégico. Logo após, realizou-se a coleta em campo para traçar os potenciais clientes das cidades vizinhas, além de buscas por fornecedores de insumos e parceiros. Em seguida foi descrito o processo de fabricação do biodiesel e elaborado o dimensionamento dos equipamentos a serem utilizados neste processo, com a representação do balanço de massa e energia envolvidos nestas etapas. Com isso, pode-se estruturar o layout do empreendimento com a aquisição dos respectivos equipamentos e materiais para a operação, bem como a elaboração do cronograma de atividades. A seguir, foi apresentado a maneira de obtenção do óleo residual necessário para o início das atividades, a margem de aproveitamento do local de construção, a análise de vendas, os custos de produção e por fim, a análise financeira de viabilidade do projeto e aquisição do terreno. Neste sentido, conclui-se que os tópicos abordados durante a elaboração do projeto servem de base para determinar que o empreendimento proposto é considerado viável para implementação. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | The implementation study of a biodiesel production plant in the Greater Florianópolis region from residual oil was carried out through the double reaction of alkaline and acid transesterification in an alcoholic medium. In which, it refers to both the economic feasibility analysis of the enterprise and the main issues to be addressed in a business model. The project was divided into topics and sub-topics to facilitate understanding, where it started by contextualizing fossil fuels and renewable biofuels. Next, the justifications for carrying out the study and the proposed objects to be achieved were presented. Subsequently, a historical and bibliographic survey was carried out regarding the world energy matrices, renewable energies, biofuels and their raw materials, as well as the biodiesel production processes. The structuring of the enterprise took place from the foundation of the company "Biodiesel World" by the author, with the initial motivation to undertake and start his own business in order to contribute to the environmental development, society and the economy of the country. Once that was done, the national legal entity registration was carried out, such as the technical responsibility term. Then, the company logo and the structuring of digital marketing were developed. In which, a territorial analysis was made to determine the best place to build the enterprise, as well as its strategic positioning. Soon after, field collection was carried out to trace potential customers from neighboring cities, in addition to searches for input suppliers and partners. Next, the biodiesel manufacturing process was described and the sizing of the equipment to be used in this process was elaborated, with the representation of the mass and energy balance involved in these steps. With this, the layout of the enterprise can be structured with the acquisition of the respective equipment and materials for the operation, as well as the elaboration of the schedule of activities. Next, it was presented the way to obtain the residual oil necessary for the beginning of the activities, the margin of use of the construction site, the sales analysis, the production costs and, finally, the financial analysis of the feasibility of the project and acquisition. of the terrain. In this sense, it is concluded that the topics covered during the project preparation serve as a basis for determining that the proposed project is considered viable for implementation. | en |
