Abstract:The present work aims to verify the influence of extrusion temperature and printing speed of PLA 3D printing, on the morphology of the surfaces, on the dimensional analysis of the parts and on the maximum tension of the materials. The extrusion temperature was 190 °C, 205 °C and 220 °C and the printing speed was 0.05, 0.07 and 0.1 m/s. Table temperature, filament feed speed, and fill level and fill orientation were constant. The amount of unfilled regions of printed material was significantly reduced both with increasing extrusion temperature and also with increasing extrusion speed. Increasing the extrusion temperature increased the width and experienced thickness of the printed specimens. Increasing the print speed experienced the width and increased the thickness of the specimens. The maximum tension of the materials was influenced by the variation of extrusion temperature and printing speed. The dimensional and maximum stress results had a significant influence with the variation of the analyzed parameters.
