Human reproduction emerged a long time ago, with the attempt to introduce sperm into a woman's uterus, it was in the mid-18th century that the first baby emerged through this method. Since then, technological advances in the development of new techniques in human reproduction have constantly advanced, with the development of in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICIS), cryopreservation, vitrification and genetic diagnosis through the Genetic Screening method. Preimplantation (PGD) and embryonic biopsy. Therefore, this study will seek to show the advances in reproductive technology and form a chronology between these techniques.
