RESUMO
O Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), súmulas e obras doutrinárias relevantes para a análise e compreensão do tema proposto e artigos científicos. Teve como opção metodológica a abordagem qualitativa. Quanto às estratégias para a produção esta pesquisa problematizou a fragilidade das medidas protetivas de urgência da lei Maria da Penha frente ao feminicídio através da seguinte questão: A medida protetiva de urgência que obrigam o agressor, presente na lei 11.340/2006, de fato garantem a integridade física da vítima? O objetivo geral foi analisar as medidas protetivas de urgência previstas no art. 22 da Lei nº11.340/2006 Lei Maria da Penha, que obrigam o Agressor, se de fato garante a integridade física, psicológica da mulher, precavendo riscos a sua segurança em relação ao risco de feminicídio. Os objetivos específicos estão pautados em: 1) Discorrer sobre os principais pontos da violência contra a mulher, e a importância a medida protetiva de urgência da Lei nº11.340/2006 da Lei Maria da Penha.2) Elencar possíveis críticas da doutrina acerca das Medidas Protetivas de Urgência frente ao feminicídio. 3) Analisar o pedido das Medidas Protetivas de Urgência no âmbito da Lei 11.340/2006, quando feito perante a autoridade policial. 4) Assimilar de como era recepcionado o crime de violência doméstica e familiar, anterior a lei 11.340/2006. O embasamento teórico contou com leituras da Lei Maria da Penha, jurisprudências e levantamento de informações como: coleta e escolha do material para leitura em fontes confiáveis. Nos resultados identificamos que ainda existem diversas lacunas que asseveram o impasse como: questões culturais, econômicas, estruturais, profissionais e desinformação por parte da vítima e agressor.

ABSTRACT
This research problematized the fragility of the emergency protective measures of the Maria da Penha law in the face of feminicide through the following question: Does the urgent protective measure that obliges the aggressor, present in law 11.340/2006, actually guarantee the physical integrity of the victim? The general objective was to analyze the urgent protective measures provided for in art. 22 of Law No. 11,340/2006 Maria da Penha Law, which obliges the Aggressor, if in fact it guarantees the physical and psychological integrity of the woman, preventing risks to her safety in relation to the risk of feminicide. The specific objectives are based on: 1) Discuss the main points of violence against women, and the importance of the urgent protective measure of Law No. 11,340/2006 of the Maria da Penha Law. 2) List possible criticisms of the doctrine regarding Urgent Protective Measures against femicide. 3) Analyze the request for Emergency Protective Measures within the scope of Law 11,340/2006, when made to the police authority. 4) Just as the crime of domestic and family violence was received, prior to law 11.340/2006. The theoretical basis is outlined with readings of the Maria da Penha Law, investigations by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), summaries and doctrinal works relevant to the analysis and understanding of the proposed topic and scientific articles. The methodological option was a qualitative approach. The strategies for producing and collecting information were: collecting and choosing material for reading from reliable sources. In the results, we identified that there are still several gaps that assert the impasse, such as: cultural, economic, structural, professional issues and misinformation on the part of the victim and the agressor.
