Resumo
Introdução: As doenças crônicas renais são um problema crescente no país, aumentando a necessidade de transplante de rins. As doações do órgão no país, elevou o Brasil ao status de segundo país com maior número de doações no mundo, contudo ainda existe um déficit entre as doações realizadas e as possibilidades de doação. O profissional de enfermagem tem um papel muito importante nesse processo e isso é desafiador pois demanda do profissional conhecimento específico para lidar com as possíveis intercorrências dos pacientes e no processo. Objetivo: Apresentar a assistência da enfermagem nas diferentes fases do transplante renal. Método: O artigo se utiliza da revisão integrativa com caráter descritivo e reflexivo,realizado exclusivamente com base em referências secundárias. Resultado: Os transplantes renais são os mais procurados no país e impactam diretamente na qualidade de vida do transplantado. Todo o processo que acarreta no transplante é complexo por isso é necessário um forte acompanhamento profissional, atenção à família do paciente e seguimento dos procedimentos. Conclusão: O enfermeiro possui participação em todas as etapas e é o profissional que mais se envolve no processo, sendo importante para que ocorra a doação e a concretização do transplante. Por isso é demandado que o profissional tenha conhecimento do processo e atenção para cada caso.
Introduction:The chronic kidney diseases are a growing problem in the country, increasing the need for kidney transplants. The organ's donations in the country have elevated Brazil to the status of the second country with the highest number of donations in the world, but there is still a deficit between donations made and donation possibilities. The nursing professional plays a very important role in this process and this is challenging as it demands specific professional knowledge to deal with possible complications for patients and the process. Objective: To present nursing care in the different phases of kidney transplantation. Method: The article uses a integrative review with a descriptive and reflective character, carried out exclusively based on secondary references. Result: Kidney transplants are the most sought after in the country and directly impact the transplant recipient's quality of life. The entire process that entails transplantation is complex, which is why strong professional support is necessary, attention to the patient's family and monitoring of the procedures. Conclusion: The nurse participates in all stages and is the professional who is most involved in the process, being important for the donation and completion of the transplant to occur. Therefore, the professional is required to have knowledge of the process and attention to each case.
