dc.description.abstract	: Plastic surgery is a specialty in charge of rebuilding structures in the body that present changes in its form or function. Scars can lead to functional, aesthetic and psychological changes. To improve the scar, the microneedling is an instrument that assists in the production of collagen.Objectives:To analyze the effects of microneedling healing on postoperative of mammaplasty scarring. Methodology: Participated in the study, a female volunteer of 21 years, with postoperative breast augmentation mammoplasty with the round prosthesis of high profile of 300ml. For data collection, the planimetry by ImageJ Program and photographic records were used during the period from August to November of 2017. The physiotherapeutic intervention protocol consisted of 3 microneedling interventions, with a 28-day interval between the applications, with the duration of 20 to 30 minutes each intervention. Results: The photographic and the planimetry record revealed an improvement in the color and in the area of the scar. In the aspect of the regularity compared between the breasts, the best results were in the left breast. Regarding the planimetry, the scar of the right breast had a reduction of 2.91 cm² (57%), and in the left there was an improvement of 2.09 cm² (50%). Conclusion: In the present study, after the stimulation with the microneedling there was a reduction of the scar, tissue repair, re-epithelialization of the cicatricial area and a improvement of its coloration.	en
dc.description.abstract	a cirurgia plástica é uma especialidade encarregada de reconstruir estruturas no corpo que apresentam alterações em sua forma ou função. As cicatrizes podem conduzir a alterações funcionais, estéticas e psicológicas. Para melhora da cicatriz o microagulhamento é um instrumento que auxilia na produção de colágeno. Objetivo: Analisar os efeitos do microagulhamento na cicatriz em pós-operatório de mamoplastia de aumento. Métodologia: Participou do estudo, uma voluntária do gênero feminino de 21 anos, com pós-operatório de mamoplastia de aumento com a prótese redonda de perfil alto de 300ml. Para coleta de dados foi utilizado, a planimetria pelo Programa ImageJ e registo fotográficas, durante o período de agosto a novembro de 2017. O protocolo de intervenção fisioterapêutico, foi constituído por 3 intervenções com microagulhamento, com intervalo de 28 dias entre as aplicações, com duração de 20 a 30 minutos cada intervenção. Resultados: Pelo registo de fotográficos, observou-se melhora na cor e área da cicatriz. No aspecto de regularidade comparada entre as mamas, os melhores resultados foram na mama esquerda. Em relação a planimetria, a cicatriz da mama direita houve uma redução de 2,91cm² (57%), sendo que na esquerda houve uma melhora de 2,09 cm² (50%). Conclusão: No presente estudo após a estimulação com o microagulhamento houve uma redução da cicatriz, reparo tecidual e reepitelização da área cicatricial.	pt_BR
