Resumo
Esse estudo consiste em uma revisão de literatura aprofundado sobre o
comportamento dos fisioterapeutas na UTI, no combate ao COVID-19, com o
objetivo de apresentar a realidade do dia-a-dia mostrando o comportamento,
alternativas, condutas e principalmente a saúde mental desses indivíduos. E
fornecer direcionamentos aos Fisioterapeutas enfatizando os recursos que
devem ser utilizados para a avaliação e o tratamento das disfunções respiratórias
de pacientes adultos críticos com COVID-19. Assim, tendo informações aos
fisioterapeutas e aos serviços de saúde que atuam em cuidados agudo, e sobre
o potencial papel da fisioterapia no manejo de pacientes admitidos em hospitais
com confirmação e/ou suspeita de COVID-19.
