dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho teve como objetivo precípuo estabelecer e esclarecer as principais dúvidas e particularidades existentes no Direito de Arena brasileiro. Ressaltou-se a estreita ligação entre o Direito de Arena e o Direito de Imagem, que a cada dia que passa a ganhar mais espaço no cenário jurídico nacional. O Brasil, por ser considerado o país do futebol e ser este o esporte que encanta centenas de milhares de cidadãos brasileiros, deve-se dar maior enfoque aos aspectos trabalhistas que margeiam as relações jurídicas profissionais dos atletas de futebol. Salientou-se que o Direito Desportivo encontra respaldo na Constituição Federal do Brasil de 1988 e, portanto, é um direito constitucional abrangente a todos, sem exceção. Visou este tema ressaltar a história e a crescente profissionalização do desporto no país e a necessidade eminente de uma regularização mais pertinente para os atletas profissionais. Desta forma, foram mencionadas questões que envolvem os profissionais deste esporte, ressaltando ainda mais as semelhanças e diferenças do contrato de trabalho puramente celetista para com o contrato de trabalho específico dos atletas profissionais de futebol.	pt_BR
