Resumo
Durante o desenvolvimento da nossa sociedade foi se tornando necessário a organização das finanças pessoais. Este fato, junto com a popularização da tecnologia e seus serviços, proporcionou um aumento no número de faturas recorrentes, dificultando e impedindo a organização e controle das mesmas. Com isso, esta monografia tem o objetivo de desenvolver um protótipo funcional que visa simplificar e auxiliar o processo de organização financeira pessoal através do desenvolvimento de um sistema com interface web e com a automação do processo de coleta e leitura de faturas. O conhecimento teórico se obteve a partir de uma pesquisa aplicada, bibliográfica e aplicada. Após o desenvolvimento do protótipo, o mesmo foi apresentado e avaliado por entrevistados, mesmo sendo um protótipo inicial com poucas funcionalidades, todos concordaram com a importância do tema e consideram o protótipo com um grande potencial para auxiliar na organização financeira.
During the development of our society, it became necessary to organize personal finances. This fact, along with the popularization of technology and its services, led to an increase in the number of recurring invoices, making it difficult and preventing their organization and control. With that in mind, this monograph has the goal to develop a functional prototype that aims to simplify and help the process of personal financial organization through the development of a system with a web interface and with the automation of the process of collecting and reading invoices. Theoretical knowledge was obtained from applied, bibliographical and applied research. After the development of the prototype, it was presented and evaluated by users, even though it was an initial prototype with few features, everyone agreed with the importance of the theme and considered the prototype to have great potential to help with financial organization.
