| dc.description.abstract | abstract This study aims to understand the impacts of a pandemic in times of complex interdependence. Throughout history we have had many pandemics, and the most important ones (Black Death, Spanish Flu, H1N1 and COVID-19) will be explained in this study, in order to understand them in their times. We are in a troubled year (2020), where we are facing a pandemic caused by Covid-19, we will understand its impacts in times when States are increasingly interdependent. We have lived through several health crises in different historical periods, but today we live in a world that, because it is much more interdependent, is hit by health problems or the economy in faster and more impactful ways. Some points of interdependence make the current pandemic more complicated, but others help in the fight. We can analyze the current interdependence, through the situation that we are suffering. In a pandemic it is very exposed how this interdependence influences the current situation. This work is justified because with the pandemic we can identify the bad sides of interdependence and the good sides of it more clearly. Analyzing several points such as: historical, economic and political. For then, we understand a pandemic in the current moment of interdependence. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo pretende identificar os impactos de uma pandemia em tempos de interdependência complexa. No decorrer da história tivemos muitas pandemias, e as mais importantes (Peste Negra, Gripe Espanhola, H1N1e COVID-19) serão explicadas neste estudo, para assim compreende-las em suas épocas. Estamos em um ano (2020) conturbado, onde estamos enfrentando uma pandemia causada pela Covid-19, iremos identificar seus impactos em tempos onde os Estados estão cada vez mais interdependentes. Vivemos diversas crises de saúde em diversos períodos históricos, mas atualmente vivemos em um mundo que por ser muito mais interdependente é atingido pelos problemas de saúde ou economia de formas mais rápidas e impactantes. Alguns pontos da interdependência tornam a atual pandemia mais complicada, porém outros ajudam no combate. Podemos analisar a interdependência atual, através da situação que estamos sofrendo. Em uma pandemia fica muito exposto como essa interdependência influência na situação atual. Esse trabalho se justifica por que com a pandemia podemos identificar os lados negativos da interdependência e os lados positivos dela de uma forma mais clara. Analisando vários pontos como: históricos, econômicos e político. Para então, identificarmos uma pandemia no atual momento de interdependência. | pt_BR |
