dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this study was to present the impacts of Artificial Intelligence to the legal framework, indicating the advantages as well as the issues that might be coming in the future. The subject is relevant in the compliance environment, which involves law, principles, ethics and societal matters. The main objectives of the study are to present the history of computers, the internet, machine learning, biological and artificial neural networks, data science and the internet of things, in relation to the Brazilian laws that regulate these areas with the aim to protect the individuals and their privacy. In addition, the study aims to point out the risks of automaton and also to present the new legal platforms supported by Artificial Intelligence that aim to assist lawyers and the judiciary, such as Ross Intelligence and the robot Victor. The study is a qualitative research, carried out through a deductive and a literature review method. The security related issues in the internet and the global data flow of personal data have accelerated the creation of a specific law, which deals with the right to privacy that aims to protect personal data, also guaranteed by the Constitution.	en
dc.description.abstract	O objetivo deste estudo foi apresentar os impactos da Inteligência Artificial no âmbito jurídico, indicando as vantagens e os problemas que poderão surgir no futuro. O assunto é relevante no meio forense, que envolve o direito, princípios, ética, e a sociedade. Os principais objetivos do estudo são apresentar a história dos computadores, da internet, do aprendizado da máquina, das redes neurais biológicas artificiais, a ciência dos dados e da internet das coisas, conhecer as legislações brasileiras que regulamentam e dispõem sobre o acesso ao mundo virtual, visando a proteção dos usuários e sua privacidade. Além disso, o estudo tem como objetivo apontar os riscos do autômato e também apresentar as novas plataformas jurídicas apoiadas pela Inteligência Artificial que visam auxiliar os advogados e o judiciário, como a Ross Intelligence e o robô Victor. O estudo é uma pesquisa qualitativa, realizada por meio dedutivo e de procedimento técnico bibliográfico. As questões relacionadas à segurança na internet e o fluxo global de dados pessoais aceleraram a criação de lei específica, que trata do direito à privacidade que visa proteger os dados pessoais, também presente na Constituição.	pt_BR
