Resumo
A violência sexual é um grave problema que afeta crianças e adolescentes em todo o mundo, resultando em consequências físicas, psicológicas e sociais duradouras. Para esta problemática este trabalho apresenta como objetivo analisar a assistência do enfermeiro às crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual, considerando sua importância na identificação, acolhimento e cuidado desses indivíduos. O método de pesquisa utilizado foi a revisão bibliográfica de artigos publicados, que abordassem a temática supramencionada entre 2013 e 2023, como também integrasse os direitos e leis que as resguardem e protejam. Tal levantamento permitiu uma leitura abrangente que fomentou a produção textual presente, abordando a problemática do abuso sexual em menores de idade, juntamente da resolutiva na assistência de enfermagem e a informação sobre os direitos das vítimas. Além disso, os resultados encontrados destacam o papel essencial do enfermeiro nesse contexto na importância de identificar sinais e sintomas de vítimas de abuso sexual, o cuidado de preservar os vestígios, analisar detalhadamente o comportamento das vítimas supracitadas, além de ofertar cuidado e assistência humanizada desde o início do atendimento. Destarte, a assistência do enfermeiro a crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual demanda atenção especializada, sensibilidade, comprometimento e cuidado individualizado por parte dos profissionais de enfermagem, visando a proteção, recuperação e promoção da saúde desses indivíduos vulneráveis, além de direcionar a criança para um atendimento multiprofissional, com um cuidado amplo, abordando inclusive leis de proteção à criança através do ECA (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente).
The sexual violence is a critical problem that affects children and teenagers all over the world, resulting in physical, psychological and social long-terms consequences. Because of that issue, this academic paper has the objective to analyze the nurse’s support on children and teenagers that were victims of sexual violence, taking in consideration the nurse’s importance in identifying, reception and caring of those victims. The research methodology used was the bibliographic review of the articles published from 2013 to 2023, which addressed the nurse’s assistance to the victims in question, as ell as integrating the rights and laws that protect them. Such data collection allowed for a comprehensive reading that fostered the present textual production, addressing the problem of sexual abuse in minors, along with the resoluteness in nursing care and the information about the victim’s rights. In addition, the results found highlight the essential role of nurses in this context by the importance of identifying signs and symptoms of sexual abuse victims, the care to preserve the evidence, to analyze in detail the behavior of the spoken victims, besides providing care and humanized assistance from the beginning of the service. Thus, the nursing care for children and teenagers victims of sexual abuse demands specialized attention, sensitivity, commitment and humanized care from nursing professionals, aiming at the protection, recovering and promoting the health of these venerable individuals, besides directing the child to a professional care sector, with a great deal of attention, including addressing laws of child protection through The Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (the set of norms in Brazil’s legal system that aims protect the rights of children and teenagers, applying measures and sending referrals to the judge on court).
