dc.description.abstract	The present research consists of analyzing critically the socio-affective paternity under the inherent aspects of Family Law. Consequently, to verify how this new bond of affiliation that is formed with the evolution of the families, causes that a development of an adjustment in the current society and in its legal order. Analyzing the socioaffective paternity, the fundamental relevance of the affective bond in the relationships is observed, based on the coexistence, dedication and reciprocal companionship, making the biological ties assume a position of less relevance in the relations of paternity. Therefore, it remains evident that socio-affective children have the same rights and duties of children with consanguineous bonds. Based on this research, it is concluded that the family nucleus, resulting from socio-affective affiliation, became a primary area of affectivity among their peers and that legislation applicable to Family Law has been gaining innovations following the new family arrangements and the different situations which arise from them. The research uses the deductive method involving bibliographic research.	en
dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho consiste em analisar criticamente a paternidade socioafetiva sob os aspectos inerentes ao Direito de Família. À vista disso, verificar como esse novo vínculo de filiação que se forma com a evolução das famílias, faz com que se desenvolva uma readequação na sociedade atual e em seu ordenamento jurídico. Ao estudar a paternidade socioafetiva, denota-se a importância fundamental do vínculo afetivo nas relações, baseado na convivência, dedicação e companheirismo recíproco, tendo os laços biológicos uma posição de menor relevância nas relações de paternidade. Por consequência, resta evidente que os filhos socioafetivos têm os mesmos direitos e deveres dos filhos com laços consanguíneos. A partir deste trabalho de pesquisa conclui-se que o núcleo familiar, decorrente da filiação socioafetiva, passou a ser um espaço precípuo de afetividade entre seus pares e que a legislação aplicável ao Direito de Família vem ganhando inovações seguindo os novos arranjos familiares e as diversas situações que deles decorrem. A pesquisa utiliza o método dedutivo envolvendo pesquisa bibliográfica.	pt_BR
