dc.description.abstract	This current undergraduate thesis has the objective of gather information related to laws, regulations and functioning of municipal executive branch. In the present context, the City of Gravatal - SC does not have its own city hall to support the executive branch, forcing several inappropriate properties to be rented placing an unreasonable burden on the city. With this problem was chosen as the thesis theme the project of a city hall for Gravatal City. By means of the theoretical and project studies contained in this thesis, it is possible to base theoretically and technically the architectural environment that will give the basis of the ante project, to be elaborated in TCC II. The new city hall will give employees, government and people in general a better workplace and service and thus more agility in processes and services. Being an architectonic work of significant importance to the municipality and population in general, it is expected to be a guiding and inspiring work for all.	en
dc.description.abstract	O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo o levantamento de informações relativas a leis, normas e funcionamento do poder executivo municipal. No atual contexto a cidade de Gravatal – SC não possui sede própria para dar suporte ao poder executivo, obrigando que se tenha vários imóveis inadequados alugados onerando o município. Com esta problemática foi escolhido como tema o projeto de uma sede para a Prefeitura de Gravatal. Por meio dos estudos teóricos e projetuais contidos neste trabalho, pode-se embasar teórica e tecnicamente o partido arquitetônico que dará a base do ante projeto, a ser elaborado no TCC II. A nova sede dará aos funcionários, governantes e população um melhor local de trabalho e atendimento e assim maior agilidade nos processos e serviços. Tratando-se de uma obra arquitetônica de suma importância ao município e população em geral, espera-se que seja uma obra norteadora e inspiradora a todos.	pt_BR
