The present work aims to create a collection of women's garments for the Christian segment, employing manual embroidery techniques in both garment construction and embellishment. The project seeks to provide clothing alternatives to the public based on identified needs through research and data collection. It also briefly explores the origins of these traditions and cultures, highlighting and valuing the artisanal works of different peoples and historical periods. This endeavor is grounded in specific objectives and a methodology adapted to the proposed theme. The methodology primarily draws from the works of Gui Bonsiepe (1984) and Doris Treptow (2013), with additional insights from Aki Choklat (2012) and Bruno Munari (2015). Building upon this foundation, a collection of 15 looks was developed to meet the main expectations of the chosen audience, utilizing experimental techniques such as free embroidery and filet, and, importantly, adhering to Christian principles expressed through clothing patterns.
