dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT The present work presents an analysis about civil responsibility in the cases of affective abandonment, which is characterized by the affective abandonment of the elderly parents by the children. For that, we have as a research problem: is there a possibility of civil responsibility of the child when it is characterized the reverse affective abandonment? In the search for the answer to the problem formulated here, the general objectives were: to analyze if there is civil responsibility of the children towards the parents in cases of affective abandonment inverse; and specific: to describe the changes occurred in the families, leading to the appreciation of affection; conceptualizing the reverse affective abandonment, highlighting its consequences; studying about the reality and vulnerabilities to which the elderly are exposed; to verify the possibility of applying civil liability to family relationships in cases of reverse affective abandonment. The methodological tools used in the elaboration of this were descriptive, qualitative and bibliographic research. The results showed that there is yes the possibility of civil responsibility of the children for the affective abandonment of the elderly parents, because as demonstrated, this abandonment can bring numerous problems to health and especially in the psychological field to the elderly	en
dc.description.abstract	RESUMO O presente trabalho traz uma análise acerca da responsabilidade civil nos casos abandono afetivo inverso, que se caracteriza pelo abandono afetivo dos pais idosos por parte dos filhos. Para tanto, tem-se como problema de pesquisa: há possibilidade de responsabilização civil do filho quando se caracteriza o abandono afetivo inverso? Na busca pela resposta ao problema ora formulado, elegeu-se como objetivos geral: analisar se há responsabilidade civil dos filhos para com os pais nos casos de abandono afetivo inverso; e específicos: descrever sobre as mudanças ocorridas nas famílias, levando à valorização do afeto; conceituar o abandono afetivo inverso, destacando suas consequências; analisar acerca da realidade e vulnerabilidades a que o idoso está exposto; verificar a possibilidade de aplicação da responsabilidade civil às relações familiares nos casos de abandono afetivo inverso. As ferramentas metodológicas utilizadas na elaboração deste foram as pesquisas descritiva, qualitativa e bibliográfica. Os resultados encontrados demonstraram que há sim a possibilidade de responsabilização civil dos filhos pelo abandono afetivo dos pais idosos, pois como restou demonstrado, este abandono pode trazer inúmeros problemas à saúde e principalmente no campo psicológico ao idoso.	pt_BR
