VIOLÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA NO PERÍODO GESTACIONAL: A importância da prevenção na assistência de Enfermagem

Resumo
Segundo a Organização Mundial da Saúde, violência obstétrica é definida como
a apropriação do corpo da mulher e dos processos reprodutivos por profissionais de
saúde, por meio de um tratamento desumanizado, com intervenções nos processos
naturais, diminuindo a autonomia da paciente e a capacidade de tomar suas próprias
decisões livremente sobre seu corpo, o que gera consequências negativas em sua
qualidade de vida. Portanto, o objetivo do trabalho é traçar formas de prevenção
perante casos de violência obstétrica no período gestacional e planejar a capacitação
dos profissionais de enfermagem. O referente trabalho trata-se de uma revisão
bibliográfica feita a partir de uma coleta de dados de artigos com o período de no
máximo 10 anos de publicação até 2022 nas seguintes bases de dados: Base de
Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em
Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO) e Scopus. A
prevenção a violência obstétrica mostra-se fundamental para um processo de
gestação seguro, confiante e favorável para a gestante, com assistência completa
durante todo o processo gestacional, com isso, é ressaltado a importância da escuta
e diálogo entre profissional e paciente, e por meio de uma educação permanente com
os profissionais que estão à frente do processo. Logo, faz-se indispensável
reconsiderar um processo de educação, humanização e escuta dos profissionais de
enfermagem para uma melhora em todo o processo assistencial.
According to the World Health Organization, obstetric violence is defined as the appropriation of the woman's body and reproductive processes by health professionals, through dehumanized treatment, with interventions in natural processes, reducing the patient's autonomy and the ability to take care of herself. their own decisions freely about their body, which generates negative consequences on their quality of life, therefore, the objective of the work is to outline ways of preventing cases of obstetric violence in the gestational period and plan the training of nursing professionals. The referent work is a bibliographic review made from a data collection of articles with a maximum period of 10 years of publication until 2022 in the following databases: Nursing Database (BDENF), Latin American Literature American and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Scopus. The prevention of obstetric violence proves to be fundamental for a safe, confident and favorable pregnancy process for the pregnant woman, with complete assistance throughout the gestational process, with this, the importance of listening and dialogue between professional and patient is emphasized, and by through permanent education with professionals who are at the forefront of the process. Therefore, it is essential to reconsider a process of education, humanization and listening to nursing professionals for an improvement in the entire care process.
