dc.description.abstract	Integrality is one of the principles of organization and functioning of the Unified Health System that expresses the understanding that the subjects are integrals and health is the result of the relationship among biological, psychological and social aspects. According to this, public policies are designed for groups, as in the case of women, in the quest to guarantee service to people in their entirety. The present research aimed to understand the meanings of integrality in health for women users of the primary health care network. To this end, semistructured interviews were conducted, in the virtual modality, with seven women who use basic health units in the city of Florianópolis. The information constructed in the interviews was subjected to a content analysis and discussed, tensioning integrality as a concept of an objective image of society and the principle of UHS. Considering that the subjects are singular/universal, wich means constituted from a historical-dialectical process, the reports of the interviews express similarities and differences that, in general, presented weaknesses and difficulties in the realization of the vertical and horizontal integrality with the SUS; meetings and mismatches of their health meanings with the conceptual and technical construction of integrality that underlies the health care arrangement in the country; as well as making them reflect on integrality not only with the implementation or not in UHS, but as a principle, but also in the construction of understanding about the subject and health.	en
dc.description.abstract	A integralidade é um dos princípios de organização e funcionamento do Sistema Único de Saúde que expressa a compreensão de que os sujeitos são integrais e a saúde é resultado da relação entre aspectos biológicos, psicológicos e sociais. Nessa linha, são construídas políticas públicas destinadas a grupos, como no caso das mulheres, na busca de garantir atendimento às pessoas em sua totalidade. A presente pesquisa objetivou compreender os significados de integralidade em saúde para mulheres usuárias da rede de atenção básica de saúde. Para tal, realizou-se entrevistas semiestruturadas, na modalidade virtual, com sete mulheres que utilizam unidades básicas de saúde no município de Florianópolis. As informações construídas nas entrevistas foram submetidas a uma análise de conteúdo e discutidas tensionando a integralidade enquanto conceito de uma imagem-objetivo de sociedade e princípio do SUS. Considerando que os sujeitos são singulares/universais, isto é constituídos a partir de um processo histórico-dialético, os relatos das entrevistadas expressam semelhanças e diferenças que, de maneira geral, apresentaram fragilidades e dificuldades na efetivação da integralidade vertical e horizontal junto ao SUS; encontros e desencontros de seus significados de saúde com a construção conceitual e técnica de integralidade que fundamenta o arranjo assistencial em saúde no país; bem como fazem refletir sobre a integralidade não apenas junto a efetivação ou não no SUS, mas também na construção de entendimento sobre sujeito e saúde.	pt_BR
