dc.description.abstract	The main purpose of this research is to analyze, in the edition of the STJ's summary 568 and the article 255, §4º, II and III, of the RISTJ cumulated with the article 932, VIII, of CPC/2015, a new attempt of the rapporteur's monocratic judgment when there was a dominant jurisprudence on the subject. The purpose of this work, has been used the method of approach, and the part-general of general premies to be found in the purpose of the proposed, hair that does not found in the program, or the demand required. As for the procedure, the bibliographic method was used. In the formation of the exploratory character of research, a qualitative approach will be adopted. As a result of the research, the STJ's summary 568 and art. 255, §4, II and III, RISTJ, cumulated with the article 932, VIII, CPC/2015, reform, contrary to the provisions of the CPC/2015 rapporteur's article 932, IV and V powers and the intentions of the new code, a possibility of a monocratic judgment based on the hypothesis of 'consolidated jurisprudence' or 'dominant jurisprudence' on the subject at hand is that it is urgent and to consider how the question that causes democracy can provoke, promoting, in this case, as the legislative laws to avoid other systemic and harmful systemic incongruities.	en
dc.description.abstract	O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é analisar, na edição da súmula 568 e do art. 255, §4º, II e III, do RISTJ c/c art. 932, VIII, do CPC/2015, a retomada da hipótese de julgamento monocrático pelo relator quando houver jurisprudência dominante sobre o tema. Para a obtenção do resultado objeto deste trabalho, foi utilizado o método de abordagem dedutivo, pois parte-se de premissas gerais para atingir uma conclusão específica sobre o proposto, pelo que obtém-se um resultado não ampliativo, conforme o método exige. Quanto ao procedimento, foi utilizado o método bibliográfico. Em virtude do caráter exploratório da presente pesquisa, adotar-se-á a abordagem qualitativa. Tem-se como resultado da pesquisa que a súmula 568 do STJ e o art. 255, §4ªº, II e III, RISTJ c/c art. 932, VIII, do CPC/2015, retomam, em contrariedade ao disposto no rol de poderes do relator do artigo 932, IV e V, do CPC/2015 e às intenções do novo código, a possibilidade de julgamentos monocráticos a partir da hipótese de ‘jurisprudência consolidada’ ou ‘jurisprudência dominante’ acerca do tema em julgamento. Conclui-se que é urgente equacionar as respectivas implicações que esse desajuste jurídico pode provocar, promovendo-se, se for o caso, as devidas alterações legislativas para que se evitem outras incongruências sistêmicas e nocivas ao sistema jurídico como um todo.	pt_BR
