Introduction: The knee is characterized as a glenoid or hinge joint, located between femur and tibia and flat between femur and patella. The bones of the knee joint are held together by the joint capsule by ligaments and menisci, also has a muscle group that inserts around it, all these components of the knee have a function that is to ensure its stabilization Objective: Indicate different therapeutic methods used in the functional recovery of the postoperative anterior cruciate ligament. Methodology: We chose to search for the terms "electrostimulation in anterior cruciate ligament, kinesiotherapy, manual therapy and cryotherapy" combined. In the Scielo and Google academic databases in Portuguese and English. Results: Eleven articles were selected for the composition of this study. Conclusion: Based on the review of the selected articles, we conclude that the therapeutic resources used in the postoperative period of ACL are essential for the recovery and return of function of that individual, and the most used resources are: FES, Kinesiotherapy, Cryotherapy, and Manual Therapy. Keywords: Therapeutic resources, ACL, FES, Kinesiotherapy, cryotherapy, manual therapy.
