| dc.description.abstract | The present work proposes, from the analysis of the pathological manifestations diagnosed in the Municipal Center of Culture - Willy Zumblick Museum, in the city of Tubarão / SC, to prepare a recovery of the restoration of the edification for the execution of the future services. The project proposal developed here has the objective of meeting the need of the Municipality of Tubarão for a planning that presents budget, material to be used and manpower employed, as well as the solutions to be adopted in each type of pathological manifestation, among the found in the building in question. The study is based on the TCC - Analysis of pathological problems in a public structure located in the municipality of Tubarão / SC: A case study. Elaborate by Jonas Rodrigues Mendes and Thiago de Oliveira Cittadin, academics of the Civil Engineering Course of the Southern University of Santa Catarina - UNISUL. By contextualizing the intentional objectives of this work with the accomplishment of a case study, one can investigate the types of problems, thus allowing to identify their causes and to arrive at possible solutions for the repair. The work was carried out in four stages: I - Initially, in visits to the building, a reassessment of the pathological manifestations pointed out by Jonas and Thiago was carried out, verifying if they remained, and / or presented the same level of aggression . It was also observed that there were occurrences of new pathological manifestations, since according to stories provided by museum and construction workers of the city hall, there was no maintenance or repair of this period. II - Considered one of the most important of this study, measurements and quantifications of all the pathological manifestations found in the edification, both inside and outside were carried out. These data were used to compose the budget part. III - After obtaining the inventory and measurements of the pathologies, the recovery techniques proposed by Jonas and Thiago were analyzed. Within this analysis were verified the applicability and functionality of such techniques and it was also suggested the addition of other techniques capable of dynamizing the process of improvement of the described anomalies. IV - Based on all the data collected, SINAPI - National System of Cost Survey and Indices of Civil Construction was defined and DEINFRA - State Department of Infrastructure, to indicate the cost of recovery of the pathological manifestations pointed out in the construction on the date of the research. The proposal presents recovery techniques considered essential to recover the expected performance of the building, bringing the budget, as well as the materials to be used to carry out each activity. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho propõe a partir da análise das manifestações patológicas diagnosticadas no Centro Municipal de Cultura – Museu Willy Zumblick, na cidade de Tubarão/SC, elaboraruma proposta de recuperação da edificação para que seja realizada a execução dos futuros serviços. A proposta projetual aqui desenvolvida tem por objetivo atender à necessidade da Prefeitura Municipal de Tubarão quanto a um planejamento que apresente orçamento, material a ser utilizado e mão de obra empregada, bem como as soluções a serem adotadas em cada tipo de manifestação patológica, entre as encontradas no edifício em questão. O estudo abordado é fundamentado no TCC – Análise de problemas patológicos em uma estrutura pública localizada no município de Tubarão/SC: Um estudo de caso. Elaborado por Jonas Rodrigues Mendes e Thiago de Oliveira Cittadin, acadêmicos do Curso de Engenharia Civil da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL. Ao contextualizar os objetivos intencionais deste trabalho com a realização de um estudo de caso, pode-se investigar os tipos de problemas, permitindo assim apontar suas causas e chegar a possíveis soluções para o reparo. O trabalho foi desenvolvido em quatro etapas, sendo elas: I - Inicialmente, em visitas realizadas a edificação, realizou-se uma reavaliação das manifestações patológicas apontadas por Jonas e Thiago, verificando se as mesmas permaneciam, e/ou apresentavam o mesmo nível de agressão. Observou-se ainda se haviam ocorrências de novas manifestações patológicas, uma vez que segundo relatos fornecidos por funcionários do museu e do setor de obras da prefeitura, não houve nenhum tipo de manutenção ou reparo nesse período. II - Considerada uma das mais importantes deste estudo, foram realizadas medições e quantificações de todas as manifestações patológicas encontradas na edificação, tanto no interior quanto no exterior. Esses dados foram usados para compor a parte orçamentária. III - Após obtenção do inventário e medições das manifestações patológicas, foram analisadas as técnicas de recuperação propostas por Jonas e Thiago. Dentro desta análise foram verificadas a aplicabilidade e funcionalidade de tais técnicas e também foi sugerido o acréscimo de outras técnicas capazes de dinamizar o processo de melhoria das anomalias descritas. IV - Com base em todos os dados coletados, definiu-se o SINAPI – Sistema Nacional de Pesquisa de Custo e Índices da Construção Civil e o DEINFRA – Departamento Estadual de Infraestrutura, para indicar o custo da recuperação das manifestações patológicas apontadas na edificação na data da pesquisa. A proposta apresentaas técnicas de recuperação julgadas essenciais para resgatar o desempenho esperado do edifício, trazendo o orçamento, bem como os materiais a serem utilizados na realização de cada atividade. | pt_BR |
