Proposta de elaboração de um plano de manutenção para uma ensacadeira de uma unidade de mistura de fertilizantes com base nos conceitos de manutenção preventiva e preditiva

Resumo
O desenvolvimento da indústria, acarretou o aumento do consumo de produtos
diversos, com isso, houve um crescimento da competitividade entre as indústrias. Para tanto, o setor de manutenção deixou de ser visto como um gerador de despesase
passou a ser uma estratégia para o sucesso da companhia. Desta forma, esse
trabalho se propõe a elaborar e apresentar uma proposta de um plano de manutenção
preventiva com base nos conceitos de preventiva e preditiva já existentes, para uma
máquina do tipo Ensacadeira Automatizada, que está presente em uma unidade de
mistura de fertilizantes. A proposta leva em consideração que este equipamento é um
gargalo para a unidade. Foi realizado um estudo da performance dele durante o
período de janeiro de 2020 a dezembro de 2022. Para isso, utilizou-se um software
chamado Evocon, que registra a perfomance e as falhas de alguns equipamentos da
planta, assim, gerou-se em um gráfico de Pareto. Após, foi aplicado o método “Os 5
porquês”, com o objetivo de encontrar a causa raiz das falhas. Os resultados
mostraram que as principais falhas ocorreram devido à falta de uma rotina de
inspeção, lubrificação, pequenas intervenções e limpeza do equipamento. Foi
elaborado então, um plano de manutenção preventiva com base no tempo (meses),
contemplando estes pontos, a substituição de componentes etc. Ele foi apresentado
para a empresa em questão e aprovado por ela, com data prevista para iniciar o ciclo
de preventivas em maio de 2023. Em função do prazo de entrega deste Trabalho, a
autora não teve tempo para coletar e analisar os resultados após sua implementação.
Porém, o setor de manutenção fará o monitoramento da eficácia do plano, com os
dados que serão coletados a cada quadrimestre, através do Evocon. Verificando
assim, se houve melhorias no desempenho do equipamento, bem como a redução
das falhas após sua implementação.
The development of industry, led to increased consumption of many products, with this, there was an increase in competitiveness between industries. To do so, the maintenance sector was no longer seen as an expense generator and became a strategy for the production’s success. Thus, this work proposes to elaborate and present a proposal for a preventive maintenance plan based on the concepts of preventive and predictive plans already existing on factory, for a machine named Automated Bagger, which is present in a fertilizer mixing unit. The proposal considers that this equipment is a bottleneck for the unit. A study of the performance of this equipment was conducted from January 2020 to December 2022. For this, we used a software called Evocon, which records failures of some equipment of the plant, as well as its duration, thus generated in a Pareto chart. After, the method "The 5 whys" was applied to find the root cause of the failures. The results showed that the main failures occurred due to the lack of a routine inspection, lubrication and cleaning of the equipment. It was then prepared a preventive maintenance plan based on time (months), contemplating these points, the replacement of components etc. It was presented to the company in question and approved by her, with date scheduled to start the preventive cycle in May 2023. Due to the delivery time of this work, the author did not have time to collect and analyze the results after its implementation. However, the maintenance sector will monitor the effectiveness of the plan, with the data that will be collected every four months, through Evocon. Thus, verifying if there were improvements in equipment performance, as well as the reduction of failures after its implementation.
