Resumo
Este trabalho descreve a importância da manutenção em máquinas e equipamentos
na gestão de uma empresa. Tal abordagem é fundamental, pois uma boa manutenção
garante a confiabilidade e segurança dos equipamentos, oferece menor risco a quem
opera e reduz custos, evitando desperdícios. O objetivo deste estudo é desenvolver
um plano de manutenção para as máquinas da produção de uma empresa
especializada na fabricação de películas para celulares, localizada na cidade de Porto
Alegre, no Rio Grande do Sul. Visando à redução de paradas para manutenções
corretivas não planejadas, foi realizado um levantamento do histórico de falhas dos
equipamentos, juntamente com uma busca nos e-mails de compra de peças e
componentes. Também foram realizadas entrevistas com os envolvidos na
manutenção e produção, com o intuito de coletar informações. Após isso, foi realizada a seleção das máquinas críticas, através de critérios estabelecidos junto à equipe multidisciplinar, em que foram elaboradas sistemáticas para a determinação de índices de criticidade para cada equipamento. Diante disso, foram desenvolvidos
planos de manutenção autônoma, preventiva e preditiva, assim como a seleção de
sobressalentes para cada máquina crítica selecionada. Para monitorar o desempenho
destas ações, indicadores de manutenção como MTBF, MTTR e disponibilidade foram
implementados. Os resultados apresentados com a proposta de implementação do
plano apontam um aumento de disponibilidade média de 5% para os ativos críticos,
gerando uma redução de custos de 39%, com lucros cessantes planejados.
This work describes the importance of maintenance in machines and equipment in the management of a company. This approach is fundamental, because good maintenance guarantees the reliability and safety of the equipment, offers less risk to those who operate it and reduces costs by avoiding waste. The objective of this study is to develop a maintenance plan for the production machines of a company specialized in the manufacture of films for cell phones, located in the city of Porto Alegre, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Aiming at reducing stoppages for unplanned corrective maintenance, a survey of equipment failure history was carried out, along with a search in e-mails for the purchase of parts and components. Interviews were also conducted with those involved in maintenance and production, in order to collect information. Afterwards, the selection of critical machines was carried out through established criteria, together with the multidisciplinary team where systematics were elaborated to determine criticality indexes for each equipment. Therefore, autonomous, preventive and predictive maintenance plans were developed, as well as the selection of related spare parts for each selected critical machine. To monitor the performance of these actions, maintenance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR and availability were implemented. The results presented with the proposed implementation of the plan indicate an increase in average availability of 5% for critical assets, generating a cost reduction of 39%, with planned loss of profits.
