Resumo
A indústria 4.0 mudou a cadeia de valor das organizações e o gerenciamento ao longo
do tempo, integrando dispositivos, máquinas, sensores e softwares em redes complexas, para prever, controlar e planejar melhores resultados. Um dos grandes problemas encarados com o crescimento da construção civil é o desperdício de recursos, como insumos, materiais, tempo e dinheiro. É notório que a falta de conhecimento a respeito das técnicas de planejamento e/ou a falta de capacitação, influenciam na entrega de resultados, seja pelo prazo, qualidade e lucratividade. O
desenvolvimento deste trabalho foi motivado a partir da necessidade de buscar soluções através da pesquisa para melhorar a gestão de obra com a utilização do BIM, otimizando recursos e ganhando eficiência nos processos, compactuando com uma entrega de qualidade e cumprimento adequado de prazos. Contribuindo assim, para o desenvolvimento da área de planejamento da construção civil com a implementação de novas tecnologias. Para tal, foi adotada como metodologia a revisão de literatura com o objetivo de compreender os fatores necessários para um bom planejamento e gestão de obras.

It is notorious that the lack of knowledge about planning techniques and/or lack of training influence the delivery of results, either by time, quality and profitability. The development of this work was motivated from the need to seek solutions through research to improve the management of work with the use of BIM, optimizing resources and gaining efficiency in processes, compacting with a quality delivery and adequate compliance of deadlines. Thus contributing to the development of the construction planning area with the implementation of new technologies. For this, the methodology was adopted to review literature with the objective of understanding the factors necessary for a good planning and management of works.
