dc.description.abstract	The present research seeks to analyze, through the perspective of the International Human Rights Rights, the rights and the obstacles that the migrants of the city center of Criciúma / SC, possess and suffer. The scientific method used in this research is the method of inductive approach. As for the level, the research will be exploratory, qualitative and quantitative. The procedure for data collection will be bibliographical, documentary and will include field research, with primary sources of international normative human rights treaties from migrant and refugee protection agencies, such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCR) and the Committee CONARE, as well as the current domestic legislation. Through this we will seek to understand the migration flows to the city center of Criciúma / SC, through the following stages: I) Post-World War II migrations; II) Study of the migrants / refugees located in the center of the city of Criciúma through the collection of data with a questionnaire; III) Outline the profile of the interviewees, the causes of the migration and their perception about the reception and stay in the country; IV) Brief study on the country of the migrants contemplated here; VI) Tabulation of the information collected, as well as the analysis of the data from the cited criteria.	en
dc.description.abstract	A presente pesquisa busca analisar através da perspectiva do Direitos Internacional dos Direitos Humanos, os direitos e os obstáculos que os migrantes do centro da cidade de Criciúma/SC, possuem e sofrem. O método cientifico utilizado nessa pesquisa é o método de abordagem indutivo. Quanto ao nível, a pesquisa será do tipo exploratória, qualitativa e quantitativa. O procedimento quanto a coleta de dados será bibliográfico, documental e incluirá pesquisa de campo, tendo como fontes primárias tratados internacionais de direitos humanos normativas oriundas de organismos de proteção de migrantes e refugiados, tais como o Alto Comissariado das Nações Unidas – ACNUR e o Comitê Nacional dos Refugiados – CONARE, bem como a legislação interna vigente. Através disso buscar-se-á compreender os fluxos de migração para o centro da cidade de Criciúma/SC, através das seguintes etapas: I) As migrações pós 2ª Guerra Mundial; II) Estudo dos migrantes/refugiados situados no centro da cidade de Criciúma por meio da coleta de dados com questionário; III) Delinear o perfil dos entrevistados, as causas da migração e a sua percepção sobre o acolhimento e permanência no pais; IV) Breve estudo sobre o país dos migrantes aqui contemplados; VI) Tabulação das informações coletadas, bem como a análise a partir dos critérios citados.	pt_BR
