Resumo
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal discutir a expansão transnacional
do Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC), entre os anos de 2006 e 2016, mostrando a ascensão da organização e seus níveis de atuação transnacional que permitiram sua inserção no mercado ilegal sul-americano, mais especificamente na Bolívia e Paraguai. Para compreender esta dinâmica, o método utilizado foi exploratório, com o uso da abordagem qualitativa analisando informações coletadas em bibliografias, documentos, artigos e materiais jornalísticos, focando no contexto histórico.
The main objective of this paper is to discuss the transnational expansion of the First Capital Command (PCC) between the years 2006 and 2016, showing the rise of the organization and its levels of transnational action that allowed its insertion in the South American illegal market, more specifically in Bolivia and Paraguay. To understand this dynamic, the method used was exploratory, based on a qualitative approach analyzing information collected in bibliographies, documents, articles and journalistic materials, focusing on the historical context.
