Introduction: Stroke is characterized as a neurological disease that causes various symptoms including functional incapacity and even death in some cases. Strokes survivor can experience motor and balance déficits. These limitations can affect their functional Independence and quality of life. Objectives: This integrative review has as aims to analyze the tools and instruments used in the functional evaluation of post-stroke patients that were reported in the select literature.
