Resumo
RESUMO
O presente trabalho desenvolverá o tema relativo à atuação do Ministério Público na fiscalização do sistema socioeducativo, será abordado ainda, a importância desta fiscalização para garantir o cumprimento dos direitos e a proteção dos adolescentes em conflito com a lei. Além disso, será analisado as funções que o Ministério Público exerce neste contexto.
Será abordado as principais responsabilidades do Ministério Público nesse campo, nas quais destacam-se:
1. Fiscalização das instituições;
2. Promoção de medidas socioeducativas;
3. Defesa dos direitos;
4. Prevenção da tortura e maus-tratos;
5. Articulação com outros órgãos.
Por fim, explanarei o tema em tese, falando sobre a contribuição do Ministério Público para a melhoria das condições de ressocialização dos jovens infratores, promovendo uma abordagem mais justa e humanitária no tratamento desses adolescentes, através de pesquisas bibliográficas qualitativas e explanatórias.

ABSTRACT The present work will develop the theme related to the performance of the Public Prosecutor's Office in the supervision of the socio-educational system, it will also be addressed, the importance of this inspection to ensure compliance with the rights and the protection of adolescents in conflict with the law. In addition, the functions that the public ministry performs in this context will be analyzed. The main responsibilities of the Public Prosecutor's Office in this field will be addressed, in which the following stand out: 1. Supervision of institutions; 2. Promotion of socio-educational measures; 3. Defense of rights; 4. Prevention of torture and mistreatment; 5. Articulation with other organs. Finally, I will explain the theme in theory, talking about the contribution of the Public ministry to the improvement of the conditions of resocialization of young offenders, promoting a fairer and more humanitarian approach in the treatment of these adolescents, through qualitative and explanatory bibliographic research.
