This work aims to explore the use of voice assistants with artificial intelligence, such as the virtual assistant Alexa, as a support tool in physiotherapy for the elderly, specifically in the context of mobility. An exercise protocol will be developed using the virtual assistant Alexa, aiming to improve the mobility of the elderly. The study will involve the selection of participants, who will be divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group will perform the exercises with the support of the virtual assistant Alexa, while the control group will follow a conventional exercise protocol. Assessments will be carried out before and after the intervention period to assess the participants' mobility, balance, muscle strength and quality of life. The expected results include significant improvements in the experimental group, showing the beneficial potential of the virtual assistant Alexa in physical therapy for the elderly.
